No, but there is a standy-by feature to disable your phone and only pay $5.95/ month, but that only lasts 6 mths b4 ur phone is automatically put back on its old RP. thats bout ur only way round payin $200 for the cancellation.

The rules w/ standby for example:
Jan. 1 you put your phone on standby
July 1 if you did not already arrange to put it on another 6 mnth standby, NEXTEL will automatically put that line back on its original RP. The standby status is only allowed on for 6 months from orig request date, but every 6 months you can add it bak on.

As long as you keep adding it every 6 months...you can let it run out at that $5.95/ month rate.
