well...i bought a i860 from a friend last week and then i loaded a bad audio file onto it...the phone crashed and only powered into flash strap so i talked to mike and he was kind enough to invite me into his house and fix my phone for me... and while he was at it he updated the software which i had tried to do but was unsuccesfull...so i am saying thank you... even though it is a couple days late (sorry about that mike) due to the fact that i had to run out of town for a couple days to spend time with the family.
