This is a common error when the steps aren't followed according to the tutorial.

Keep in mind the best decert is usually on a freshly formated i930.

You have computer issues - you should clean your pc of any possible malware/spyware.

Be sure your activesync is working and you should be good to go.

That is not the problem. Others have had the same issue and have not received an answer either. Active sync is not working. If I restore the phone active sync works, when I decertify it doesn't. That is not a computer issue.

Format your phone before the decert - do a backup first of your data.

Be sure it's in airplane mode and follow the tutorial verbatim.

I've done that twice and it still doesn't work. I'm really not trying to be a pain I just want this to work already. It's driving me crazy!
