How do I download this to my phone?

Make a folder on your memory card and named it THEMES then connect it via usb and just drag them into the themes folder.

To what format do I have to convert it to?

you don't need to convert anything it is already made for your phone.

ok, maybe im doing it all wrong? i downloaded the superman theme files to my laptop. i plugged my sidekick into my laptop. i created a "THEMES" folder in the Sidekick (which listed only 3 folders itself- DCIM, hiptop & Music)... but i cant see how i can upload it INTO the phone itself... what am i not doing or doing wrong? help me out, bro...

Ok when you plug your phone to your computer you will have the folder ( themes ) that you just created, double click on that folder to open and just drag the theme file you trying to load. then disconnect your phone from Pc and go to your phone Menu-settings-scroll down to backgrounds and you will see the theme you just loaded.
